Binding Agreement

Your use of the Ashend Willoow website and your presence at our venue constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement begins the moment you browse the site, make a reservation, or step through our doors, and it remains in place for the duration of your relationship with us.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or visiting the venue. These terms apply to all guests, including those participating in offline poker evenings. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservation Policy

Reservations for the restaurant and offline poker salon can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. We ask that you provide a valid contact method to confirm bookings, so we can reach you if an evening changes or a table becomes available.

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened dining or poker-table time.
• Ashend Willoow reserves the right to refuse service where necessary.

Conduct in the Restaurant and Offline Poker Salon

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors, and to follow the etiquette of the offline poker salon. Our poker evenings are designed as physical, hospitality-led experiences, and we ask that you treat the tables, cards, and fellow guests with the same care you would bring to a fine dining room.

• Poker is offered as a physical, hospitality-led experience; no betting or gambling is permitted.
• Chips are tactile props only and have no monetary value.
• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue.
• Dress code is smart casual, in keeping with the gallery atmosphere.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Ashend Willoow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or participation in our experiences, except as required by Australian law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, and offline poker is provided for entertainment and social interaction only.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ownership of Content

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Ashend Willoow name and logo, is the property of Ashend Willoow and may not be used without permission. The Renaissance gallery aesthetic and almanac format are protected.
